For 20 years, our team has designed dining rooms where time slows down: warm light, imperfect ceramics, records playing just a little too softly, and plates that feel both modern and deeply familiar.
We work with small producers, fishermen and growers within a 200km radius – writing the menu around what they are most proud of each week.
